The AXESS COMMAND application

AXESS COMMAND (command.axessconsulting.com) is our internal operations application, used only by authenticated members of Axess. It stores company operating records, including financial records, in an access-controlled database with row-level security. All traffic is encrypted in transit and data is encrypted at rest by our hosting providers.

Data from connected services

When an authorized member of Axess connects a third-party service to AXESS COMMAND, such as QuickBooks Online through Intuit's authorization flow, the application accesses only the data that connection authorizes, and only our own company's data. For QuickBooks this means our accounting records: transactions, deposits, invoices, and the chart of accounts, which the application reads to keep our internal ledger current.

• Connection credentials (OAuth tokens) are held server-side only and are never accessible to application users or third parties.
• Data obtained from connected services is used solely for our internal record-keeping and reporting. We do not sell it, share it with third parties, or use it for advertising.
• A connection can be revoked at any time from within the connected service or by contacting us; on revocation we stop accessing the service.

Retention and deletion

Company records are retained for as long as they are needed for business, accounting, and legal purposes. To request correction or deletion of information, contact us at the address below.
